Our client is seeking an experienced Large Loss Construction Manager to oversee repair and rebuild projects within their restoration division. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating sub-trades, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Overseeall repair projects and supervise sub-trades
- Ensurecompliance with safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., WSIB)
- IssueWork Orders and Purchase Orders
- Maintainaccurate project data in XactAnalysis and RMS
- Collaborateclosely with Project Managers and Coordinators
- Alignexpectations with homeowners and conduct final walkthroughs
- Meetestablished profit margin targets
