Construction Manager (Shipyard/ Overseas)

Responsibilities . Coordinating the activities onsite to achieveproject planning, quality goal and safe execution . To ensure subcontractor/vendor perform the workaccording to the project requirement includes but not limited to projectspecification, classification rules, mandatory regulation and good industrypractices . Close communication with owner reps andclassification surveyor to resolve any technical issue arisen in theconstruction execution phase . Monitor the performance of the subcontractor andsupplier, taking necessary action to resolve the quality and safety relatedissues, including but not limited to re-training, fines, dismissal of theperson involved . Provide the lesson learn report to prevent therecurrence of the non-compliances . Provides the production planning to ensure theconstruction activities are carried out in the right sequence and minimized therework .
