Department: Science Apprenticeship – Materials L3
Location: Chearsley, Aylesbury, HP18 0BX
Compensation: £23,000 per year (increasing to National Minimum/Wage after 12 months)
Expected Start Date: ASAP
The Package
- Weekly pay
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays (including 2 weeks off for Christmas)
- 2 wellbeing days per year and 1 volunteering day
- Overtime available with uplift for weekend work
- 40 hours per week (Mon‑Fri 7:30‑17:30, plus weekend overtime as needed)
- On‑site canteen and kitchen
- Opportunity to transition to permanent laboratory technician position with a starting salary of £25,000 per year upon completion of apprenticeship
