Construction Project Draughtsman

Role Description

This is a full-time, Construction Project Draughtsman role based in Wrexham at our main design office. Visiting sites throughout the Northwest will also be required. The Construction Project Draughtsman will prepare detailed technical drawings for external roof and cladding systems, using CAD and related design software in line with project specifications and regulatory requirements. The role involves interpreting architectural and structural drawings, site dimensioning of existing structures, coordinating design details with internal design team and external architectural consultants. The individual will support project managers and engineers by producing accurate schedules, material take-offs, and drawing registers, and will assist in preparing documentation for the Building Safety Regulator and Cladding Safety Fund compliance.
