Job Description
Triversity Construction is growing in the Cincinnati market and adding Project Managers to support commercial projects across healthcare, workplace, retail, and community-focused builds.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing projects or is ready to step into a larger role with more ownership. You will be responsible for driving projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, field teams, and leadership.
Typical projects range from $3M to $10M, offering a mix of renovation and ground-up work without the bureaucracy of large-scale builds.
What you’ll be responsible for
+ Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
+ Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and day-to-day execution.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and partners.
+ Oversee RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
