Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job) To be the company representative and liaise with the Clients, Consultants, relevant authorities and residents as well as to manage and co-ordinate the Project effectively. Job Description & Requirements (A) Specific : Coordinate project works and manage the daily site operations. Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation. Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship. Execute project works based on the drawing / specification. Put in place a system to display / update / serve notice to residents. Put in place a system to swiftly / response and resolve any clients / or residents' complaints ' feedbacks. Attend site / project meeting. Laise and co-ordinate with clients, Consultants, Vendors, all stakeholders on all project matters.
