- Supervise, monitor and control project for compliance to specifications and drawings.
- Resolve site technical issues to ensure inspection and approval by the consultant of the work done.
- Laise with main-contractors, subcontractors, clients and other parties involved in the projects.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, prepare and submit necessary documents/reports for projects.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
- Able to provide technical advice and solving problems on-site.
- Ensure compliance to all Governmental, Building Rules, Regulations and Safety at site
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phase to ensure deadlines will be met
- Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
- Min 10 years of relevant working experience in construction industry....
