Job Summary
You will supervise site operations to ensure compliance with contract specifications, coordinate technical submissions, and support project management activities to drive timely, safe, and quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues efficiently
- Supervise daily work activities to ensure adherence to contract drawings and specifications
- Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation and testing & commissioning check sheets, and work progress reports collaboratively with project teams
- Direct and brief foremen and workers on new tasks, monitoring progress to maintain quality standards
- Monitor workers’ punctuality and oversee accommodation and transport arrangements
- Advise workers on necessary safety precautions to maintain a safe work environment
