Overview

Lead the coordination of construction projects as a Projects Coordination Specialist. Ensure that project objectives related to scope, quality, and timelines are fully achieved while maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the operations of multi-residential construction initiatives.

Responsibilities include scheduling, contract administration, and maintaining project documentation. You will also be instrumental in tracking project performance and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
