Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Drive SHEQ strategy, implement with senior management, and provide assurance. Engage staff in continuous SHEQ improvement and monitor objectives. Identify organisation wide SHEQ trends and address them effectively. Budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with industry best practices. Provide guidance to line management on SHE matters and offer training services. Develop safety policies aligning with regulations and ensure compliance.
