Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for construction personnel.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Assist in the development of Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) for various site activities.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and compliance data.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Related certifications in safety preferred.
- Experience Level: 02 years of experience in construction safety or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of safety regulations and protocols; familiarity with Job Hazard Analyses (JHA).
