Lead daily operations on construction sites as a Superintendent at JCB. Ensure compliance with plans, schedules, and safety standards while overseeing work teams and subcontractors.
As a Superintendent reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations, you will manage operations effectively. Your role involves planning work, supervising teams, and coordinating materials and equipment. You will also work closely with the Project Manager while monitoring labor hours and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise daily work on job sites
• Lead work teams including subcontractors
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor requirements
