Manage teams of painters as a Construction Supervisor. Ensure project efficiency by supervising work activities, preparing reports, and adhering to safety protocols in outdoor settings.
As a key leader for a group of 3-4 workers, you'll coordinate daily operations, organize training for apprentices, and handle all material requisitions. You'll also play a critical role in estimating project costs while making staffing recommendations based on team performance.
