Job Description
Lead construction projects as a Site Supervisor in a dynamic outdoor setting. Responsible for supervising workers, scheduling tasks, and ensuring health and safety compliance while preparing production reports.
In this role, you'll oversee a team of 3-4 workers and manage various construction activities. Your responsibilities will include reading blueprints, coordinating schedules, training apprentices, and estimating materials. You will also set up equipment and recommend personnel actions to keep projects on track.
