Job Description
Manage workers in both main and subcontractor labor environments independently. Supervise and lead a construction team of 30+ workers and subcontractors. Ensure timely and efficient progress of all worksite operations. Oversee daily site activities and promptly resolve any issues faced by workers. Monitor worker compliance with specific safety rules and operational requirements. Requirements: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field. Willingness to work beyond regular hours (Monday to Saturday).
