**Looking to hire 2 Building Construction Surveyors to do Layout for a large project.**
**Description:**
Our client is looking for 2 people to do layout for an institutional project.
You will be responsible for setting up total stations (Instrument for measurement) – laying out, reading drawings, grid lines, bench marks, elevations, quality control, and as built. **Qualifications:** 1.
3+ years’ experience with layout 2. Ability to read blue prints 3.
Ability to use technology (ipads, equipment, GPS) 4. Ability lift 50lbs regularly 5.
ability to work overtime **Work Environment** Projects locations are in Vancouver 10- 12 hours a day – 5 day a week. Available to work Saturdays sometimes - overtime.
Start times - Vancouver 6:00 am no parking at site - only street parking - transit accessible Breaks - 1x 30 min break. - work to 3pm - then 1.
