Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily attendance and working hours of construction staff and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping records for payroll and project reporting purposes
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to resolve any discrepancies in labor data
  • Prepare weekly and monthly labor hour reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations regarding time tracking
  • Assist in maintaining orderly documentation related to workforce timings and attendance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in timekeeping or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Timekeeper in construction projects within the UAE.
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with timekeeping systems.
