Required qualification:
- Prior hands-on exposure to Aveva PI is required , even if at a junior or basic administrator/support level
- Ability to perform basic PI support tasks directly , not just ticket coordination or administrative routing
- General IT/OT support knowledge sufficient to provide basic support for Acronis and Adept; deep expertise in those systems is not required
- Experience working in a ticket-driven support environment , including ownership of follow-up, coordination, and issue closure
- Ability to assess routine technical issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and determine when escalation is appropriate
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple support items while maintaining follow-through and accountability
