Service Consultant Position

Our client based in Cape Town is looking for Service Consultants.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing all clients and resolving requests first time.
• Provide accurate and consistent information, meeting all quality standards.
• Be a brand ambassador, allowing the brand presence to be felt as an extension of the experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 (Essential).
• Services (Advantageous).
• 1 – 2 years of Managed Care operations experience (Essential).
• Additional 2 – 4 years of Managed Care operations experience (Advantageous).
