Job Description

Qualifications MBBS & FCPS or equivalent in a relevant specialty with a valid PMDC registration. Diploma in Healthcare Management or Administration would be a plus.

Experience : Minimum 5 years post-fellowship experience as a Consultant in a recognized tertiary care hospital. Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Abilities & Skills Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams. Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure while ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care. Experience in strategic planning, effective resource utilization, and process improvement. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
