Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assess and optimize business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT functions
  • Develop and enhance policies, procedures, SOPs, governance frameworks, process maps, workflows, and RACI matrices
  • Conduct As‑Is and To‑Be process assessments and design Target Operating Models (TOM)
  • Align business processes with Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle E‑Business Suite workflows, controls, and approval hierarchies
  • Support Oracle ERP implementation through process‑to‑system mapping and transformation initiatives
  • Define user roles, approval workflows, and segregation of duties (SoD)
  • Identify process gaps, risks, and control weaknesses while ensuring audit‑ready documentation
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, obtain approvals, and prepare executive presentations and governance reports
  • Track project documentation, version control, and implementation progress
