Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships (Customer relationship management)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Forecast sales and report accurately
- Conduct market research and stay updated on trends
- Collaborate with internal teams and ensure process compliance
- Handle customer queries, presentations and negotiations
- Client visits and travel
- Sales administration and reporting
- Supporting departments and resolving complaints
Skills Required:
- Matric Certificate
- 3-4 years' Experience in sales/business development
- Industry exposure (OEM, paper, furniture, stationery, computing, interactive boards)
- Valid driver's license, Own transport and cellphone
- Tech savvy
