Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain client relationships (Customer relationship management)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
  • Forecast sales and report accurately
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams and ensure process compliance
  • Handle customer queries, presentations and negotiations
  • Client visits and travel
  • Sales administration and reporting
  • Supporting departments and resolving complaints

Skills Required:

  • Matric Certificate
  • 3-4 years' Experience in sales/business development
  • Industry exposure (OEM, paper, furniture, stationery, computing, interactive boards)
  • Valid driver's license, Own transport and cellphone
  • Tech savvy
