Job Description

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Consumer Electronics helps customers with products such as TVs, phones, laptops, home appliances, and other electronic devices. Their job is to assist customers before and after purchase.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries about electronic products.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Give basic information on product features and usage.
  • Support sales and help customers choose suitable products

Requirements

  • HS/SHS Graduate, preferably with 3-5 years CCE
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Ability to work onsite.
