Job Description
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Consumer Electronics helps customers with products such as TVs, phones, laptops, home appliances, and other electronic devices. Their job is to assist customers before and after purchase.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls
- Assist customers with inquiries about electronic products.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Give basic information on product features and usage.
- Support sales and help customers choose suitable products
Requirements
- HS/SHS Graduate, preferably with 3-5 years CCE
- Good communication and computer skills
- Ability to work onsite.
