ABOUT THE ROLE

Good Monk is building India's most trusted family nutrition brand.

We are looking for a Consumer Insights Lead who leads with curiosity and earns their keep in the qualitative space — someone who can sit with a customer for 20 minutes, hear what they are not saying, and walk out with an insight that changes how we communicate, what we launch, and who we speak to.

This role sits at the intersection of consumer understanding and brand-building. It is not primarily an analytics role. The core of the job is human — listening, probing, synthesising — and the output is sharper strategy, better creative briefs, and smarter product decisions.

WHO YOU ARE

You have 2–3 years of experience in one of the following:

– A qualitative consumer insights agency — you have run focus groups, IDIs, ethnographic studies, or immersion programmes for consumer brands

– The strategy or planning function at a creative or brand agenc...
