In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing customer support requests, supervising operational procedures, and driving process improvement initiatives across our European operations. This is a 12 months role. 

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted business partner and consultant, serving as the main liaison between Chubb and external Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), ensuring smooth communication and compliance with company policies.
Deliver outstanding customer service support by fulfilling customer requests, resolving technical problems, and responding to inquiries through various channels.
