Client Operations Executive – Customer Relationship Center
As a Client Operations Executive at HBX Group, you will support clients to deliver unique holidays. Candidates must be based in Mallorca.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Attend clients' queries through phone calls and emails, being proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful.
- Ensure all client requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately per policies, guidelines, terms and conditions.
- Promote goodwill when dealing with clients and internal sales teams to maintain relationships, achieve high satisfaction and retain loyalty.
- Act and suggest improvement opportunities identified during daily work.
- Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, or solutions.
