Job Description

Provide content management support for CSO team’s content requirements, content transformation and governance projects (including Content Quality project), Global Services projects and run-state requests from J&J employees.


About the Role


Communicate with and manage stakeholders of the project. Support the CSO Team in managing & responding to requests sent through the intake tools.


Responsibilities


  • Work with the other Content Assistants, Content Management SMEs, Content Owners, and/or Functional Managers to create or update content based on the content playbook/style guide.
  • Responsible for developing, editing/updating and archiving documents related to HR, Procurement, and Finance/Payroll across regions (ASPAC, NA, EMEA and LATAM) based on the content standards.
