Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a 50+ member content operations team to deliver high‑quality catalog output at scale
  • Oversee end‑to‑end product content workflows including onboarding, updates, translations, and promotional requests
  • Ensure SLA compliance and optimize case handling performance across content operations
  • Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards to track productivity, turnaround times, and GMV impact
  • Collaborate with merchants and internal commercial teams to align content execution with revenue goals
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Drive automation initiatives (data scraping, structured catalog uploads, image optimization workflows) to enhance operational efficiency
