Job Description Role Overview:  L1 Search Evaluators are the frontline specialists responsible for assessing search quality and investigating user feedback to improve Client’s algorithms and search products. 
Responsibilities Search Quality Assessment:  Review and categorize bad cases to help search products and algorithms improve. 
User Feedback Investigation:  Analyze user search requirements through data and direct feedback. 
Optimization & Risk:  Provide suggestions for search result improvements and identify potential trust and safety risks. 
Policy Application:  Read and apply 20-page long policies to daily evaluation tasks. 
Qualifications Experience:  1+ years of experience in conducting evaluations or data labeling.
