Scope: Malaysia Market

I/ Role Purpose:

Build and scale a content ecosystem that helps establish (Brand Name) as a widely recognized Performance Lifestyle brand in Malaysia. Transform Communities, Creators, and UGC into a sustainable Content Engine that continuously generates Attention, Engagement, and supports revenue growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Website channels.

II/ Key Responsibilities:

A. Content & Social Strategy Development (30%)

  • Develop the Content Strategy for the Malaysian market.
  • Define content pillars for different customer segments.
  • Build and maintain the Malaysia Content Bible.
  • Research content trends and user behavior across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
