Position Overview
The Content Specialist is responsible for managing and delivering high‑quality content products end‑to‑end. The role requires domain expertise in Public Records and/or Dockets, and strong technical proficiency (XML, UNIX, scripting, Python) while supporting an 18/5 coverage model with rotational shifts and work weeks.
About the Role
- Ensure integrity and completeness of work products and product databases across all assigned workflows/tasks.
- Build and demonstrate expertise in team and adjacent workflows; contributing towards tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in standardization, cost savings, and process efficiencies through Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to content conversion, workflows, and system/data integrity with minimal or no support from more experienced staff.
