Continuos Improvement Manager

**Position Title: Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager****Reports to: Plant Manager****Work Location: Celaya Guanajuato, Mexico**As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible of implementing lean methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
