Job Description

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer (CIE) in Order Engineering, you will be part of the core team driving our NAM transformation.
The CIE collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes, driving efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and cost savings.
This role also serves as a key team member, supporting issue resolution, and front-facing engagements while ensuring collaboration with cross .fucntional team.
In addition, the CIE supports team strategy, Value engineering & Kaizen deployments to accelerate value delivery and adoption of standard work.
We are seeking a skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience in continuous/process improvement who brings strong business acumen, workshop facilitation excellence, and hands-on CI expertise.
Key Respoonsabilities
Manages the Process/Continuous improvement within order engineering team to support Customer Satisfaction and Quality.
