Job Description
Become the key driver of Lean initiatives as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Spearhead operational enhancements and promote best practices to establish a culture of continuous improvement across the plant.
In this role, you will lead the implementation of the Lean Production System (LPS) and align initiatives with corporate strategies.
