Shape the future of operational excellence as BWXT's Continuous Improvement Leader in Peterborough, Ontario. This role emphasizes Lean initiatives and requires collaboration at all levels of the organization.
Reporting to the Operation Excellence Manager, you will lead impactful projects focusing on efficiency and workflow optimization. This position requires frequent travel between Peterborough and Arnprior locations. You will implement Lean methodologies, analyze processes, and drive operational improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement projects daily
• Set up new manufacturing cells to best practices
• Implement flow-based production and lean tools
• Conduct process analysis for improvement opportunities
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing/nuclear experience
