Continuous Improvement & Lean Specialist

Position Overview

As our Continuous Improvement and Lean Specialist you will lead the implementation and sustainment of lean methodologies across our manufacturing operations. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and drive efficiency and productivity. In this role, you will develop and deploy lean initiatives, deliver training and coaching to employees at all levels, and track key performance indicators to measure progress and ensure ongoing improvement. You will also collaborate across the Components business to promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking, using influence rather than direct authority to achieve organizational goals.
