Job Description Job Summary The ideal candidate brings strong experience in multi-site environments, electronic manufacturing, and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification . This role plays a key part in building a scalable and sustainable continuous improvement culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy Execution & Regional Alignment Act as the link between strategic vision and operational execution across multiple manufacturing sites Contribute proactively to regional leadership teams Pilot, implement, and standardize policies and procedures before broader deployment Support site-level Lean Six Sigma leaders in execution and sustainment Maintain effective communication across sites and functions to enable alignment on key initiatives 2.
