The CI Site Lead
Provides support for the Plant Manager and drives long‑term improvement in plant operations. The CI Site Lead reports directly to the Plant Manager (or CI Site Manager for large sites) and indirectly to the CI Regional Specialist/Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive implementation of IoTORQ and the Saputo Operation Excellence System across the plant.
- Collect and analyze OEE data, manage SAPUTO Production System to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
