Continuous Improvement Specialist

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist , you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our warehouse and logistics operations. You will serve as a key change agent, helping sites achieve and exceed performance standards through the implementation of CEVA’s industry-leading continuous improvement programs, including Site Classification Assessment (SCA), Business Process Kaizen, and CEVA Way training initiatives.

In this highly visible role, you will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and create sustainable process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. Your contributions will help shape the CEVA Way by establishing reliable, standardized processes and empowering teams to embrace continuous improvement as part of their daily operations.
