Job Title: Continuous Improvement Specialist

3-4 Months Contract
Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a temporary resource (3 - 4 months) to support the Finance Business Management team in supporting process optimization and enhancing documentation standards. This role will focus on analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements through structured documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map and document existing finance processes, including workflows, dependencies, and controls.
• Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed improvements.
• Develop clear, standardized documentation (e.g., SOPs, process maps, training guides).
