Continuous Improvement Sr Engineer (Reynosa)

The Continuous Improvement Senior Engineer leads Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the plant to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize processes. This role works closely with area managers, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects, monitor performance metrics, and foster a culture of operational excellence.

• Lead the implementation of Lean initiatives in all areas of production and support, ensuring the correct application of tools such as 5S or its equivalent, Kaizen, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), SMED, and Kanban.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes, eliminating waste and optimizing cycle times and resources.
