Job Description

To handle the assessment and processing of policy alterations of Accident & Health policies, comprising of policy benefits and other policy admin transactions.

Provide support in handing enquires from touchpoints, including policyholders and financial representatives;

Data entry into Excel

Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably with prior administrative experiences
  • Proficient in MS Office
