Contract Administrator

Are you an intermediate Contract Administrator looking for your next contract role? We’re seeking a capable CA to join a Tier 1 builder on a major $800m new‑build hospital project in the North of Melbourne. This role is well suited to someone with solid CA experience who is ready to step into a large, fast‑paced project environment and support commercial delivery. 

Location: North of Melbourne
Rate: $60–65 per hour
Contract: 2–4 months
Start: ASAP

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing and assessing progress claims
• Preparing and reviewing variations and EOTs
• Administering head contract and subcontract agreements
• Assisting with procurement and subcontract administration
• Supporting cost tracking and commercial reporting
• Liaising with site teams, consultants and subcontractors
• General contract administration duties as required
