Job Summary
Seeking a Contract Admin to support IT contract review and negotiation within the Strategic Sourcing Team, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation; Collaborate with procurement team, Legal, and IT stakeholders to optimize vendor value and support IT initiatives with strong governance.
Mandatory Skill-set Proven experience in IT contract review and negotiation; Strong understanding of contractual terms, risk assessment, and mitigation; Experience working with IT vendors / suppliers; Knowledge of procurement / strategic sourcing processes; Familiarity with compliance, governance, and policy standards; Strong stakeholder management skills (Legal, IT, Procurement teams); Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
