Contract Faculty - Therapeutic Recreation

Responsibilities:

Faculty will teach a range of practicum courses. As a faculty member, you will be required to instruct students, facilitate learning, and evaluate student progress in therapeutic recreation courses.You will plan, organize and manage learning activities and resources, provide academic advice to learners, conduct site visits, and maintain high quality learner-centred instruction. A faculty member is also required to work collaboratively with all TR Department members.Position Requirements:- A Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Therapeutic Recreation or a closely related field.
- A minimum of one credential must have a major in Therapeutic Recreation, Recreation, or Leisure Studies. A Bachelor’s degree may be considered for practicum supervision positions.
