Job Description
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse employees (work planning, performance monitoring, training, and development)
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient goods flow across the warehouse
- Oversee inbound quality control processes and ensure compliance with documentation
- Cooperate with logistics service providers (3PL) and transportation companies
- Manage logistics documentation, including import and export documentation
- Resolve operational issues and handle logistics claims (damages, shortages, discrepancies)
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate improvement actions (process optimization, layout, cost efficiency)
