Job Description

Responsibilities:
Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration & review of procurement & contract management; Review contract documents and providing cost estimates on tenders; Prepare & monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track variations & adjust budget projections accordingly; Oversee & manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim; Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentations; Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or relevant Relevant experience as a Contract Manager Proficient in Chinese to coordinator with Chinese speaking counterparts
