Responsibilities
- Formulate the department’s mission and operating goals to achieve the Division’s expectation on business results;
- Ensure effective and efficient Contract Administration during Pre-Contract and Post-Contract. Draft and revise variety of contracts with customers;
- Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained;
- Ensure inspirational leadership and motivation of the operating team and employees in the department;
- Provide support and advice on new potential business opportunities;
- Ensure overall effective capability planning and administration;
- Ensure integrity, effectiveness and productivity of the operations;
- Maintain excellent working relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
