Contract Specialist

Role: Contract Specialist Location: Remote (Brazil) Duration: Long term Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (intake, drafting, negotiation support, execution, and archiving), and utilizing contract management system(s) Experience drafting and redlining contracts using standard templates (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, Amendments, SaaS/IT Agreements) Ability to identify non-standard terms and escalate risks appropriately Familiarity with using fallback positions and negotiation playbooks Working knowledge of Source-to-Pay process; understanding of procurement roles and approvals Experience supporting indirect procurement Nice to Have Skills & Experience IT background is preferred Job Description Client is looking for a Contract Specialist to support the full contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, review coordination, and execution tracking for procurement-related indirect agreements.
