Contract staff - HR Shared Services (OP)
Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: up to $3600
Duration: 1 year contract, renewable.
Location: Rafflesplace
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities- Long Service award administration such as preparing list of LSA recipients each year and organizing the annual award ceremony.
- Responding to ex‑employees reference checks and collating new hires reference checks.
- Daily card transmission and staff card printing.
- Arrange temporary accommodation.
- Cover reception duties when the receptionist is on leave.
- Administer internship program.
- Handle invoicing processing.
- Data quality check.
- Leave administration such as government claims.
- Staff referral.
- Any other ad‑hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
