Contract staff - HR Shared Services (OP)

Employment Type: Contract

Monthly Salary: up to $3600

Duration: 1 year contract, renewable.

Location: Rafflesplace

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities
  • Long Service award administration such as preparing list of LSA recipients each year and organizing the annual award ceremony.
  • Responding to ex‑employees reference checks and collating new hires reference checks.
  • Daily card transmission and staff card printing.
  • Arrange temporary accommodation.
  • Cover reception duties when the receptionist is on leave.
  • Administer internship program.
  • Handle invoicing processing.
  • Data quality check.
  • Leave administration such as government claims.
  • Staff referral.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
